It describes itself as "the best CRM software for education and migration consultants worldwide", was founded in 2016, and says it is trusted by more than 4,000 agents worldwide. It covers leads, applications, partner and course databases, commission invoicing, sub-agents, a client portal, office check-in and marketing campaigns, with a StudyLink Connect integration.
AgentDS is built in Australia. It gives a migration practice one calm daily view: applications, appointments, overdue work, client concerns, fees and visa expiries, with deadline reminder emails and suggested follow-ups. It has a 14-day free trial for the whole team with no card, and you can export all your data as CSV at any time.

Who each is for
Agentcis says it is "dedicated to the specific needs of Education & Migration Agents". Much of its feature set is built around student recruitment: an "extensive partner and product database", classroom management, commission invoicing to institutions, semester payment schedules, and super-agent and sub-agent management. The client stories on its home page are mostly education consultancies.
AgentDS is built for migration work: visa applications, expiries, deadlines, appointments and fees for registered migration agents, agencies and immigration law firms.
Clients and leads
Agentcis tracks the client journey "from lead to prospect to client". Leads can come from customisable web forms that you embed on your site or share by QR code, and from Facebook Lead Ads. It records where each lead came from, and a "days in queue" tracker shows which leads have waited longest. You can prepare quotations from a contact's interested services.
AgentDS gives each lead stages and a responsible person. Calls, emails, follow-ups and notes build an activity timeline, and a lead converts to a client without re-entering details, with the timeline carried across. Duplicate checks help keep one record per person.
Applications and stages
Agentcis lets you "track each stage of your client's application", with notes, documents, tasks and payment scheduling on the application. It can "automatically send clients email notifications once an application stage changes", and shows a stage-wise activity log.
AgentDS tracks each application's service stage, recorded deadlines and private notes. You build reusable task and document-checklist templates, review the dates and assign them to an application. Deadlines and visa expiries
Agentcis's CRM page says: "Input Visa Expiry and relax - our system notifies you before the client visa expires." The pages we read don't say when, or who receives the notice.
AgentDS records visa expiries on the client profile and shows them on the dashboard. Each morning it emails the practice owner and the responsible person when a recorded visa, passport, document, application or task date is 90, 60, 30 or 7 days away, or falls due. It also suggests follow-up tasks, which you review before anything is created. Owners can switch the reminder emails off. See visa expiry tracking.
Documents
Agentcis lets you upload documents to the client and the application. Its document checklist shows which documents each application stage needs, and you can make documents mandatory before the application moves on. Through its client portal, clients can upload documents from their own device and receive email reminders when documents are due.
AgentDS records requested documents, checklist status and case notes with the client's work. You can attach files to document records; they're stored privately in Sydney and checked for malware before anyone can open them. See document checklists.
Invoicing and payments
Agentcis offers commission invoicing ("net claim and gross claim invoice with reminder notifications"), general invoicing for any service to a client or partner, client discounts, and payment schedules for instalments linked to an application.
AgentDS creates invoice records, records money received, reconciles balances and prints an invoice copy. Unpaid invoices appear in the owner's daily brief. See invoices and recorded payments.
Data import and export
The Agentcis pages we checked don't describe importing data from another system. Its pricing page offers a dedicated setup service, where its product experts set up Agentcis for your business. On export, its privacy policy says "We permit you to delete, rectify and export information you have provided to us, subject to the conditions of our Customer Terms".
AgentDS imports CSV, Excel, TSV, JSON and supported ZIP exports, and names Agentcis as a supported source. You match fields, and AgentDS checks duplicates and linked records before saving. Where data is stored
Agentcis says its systems are managed by Amazon Web Services and "hosted in the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and ISO 27001 Certified data centers", with AWS backups, SSL encryption and role-based access. The pages we read don't name an AWS region or country. Its privacy policy says it may delete personal data within 12 months of an account closing, unless it needs to keep it for reasons the policy lists.
AgentDS publishes its arrangements on its security page: practice records in Google Cloud Firestore in Sydney; uploaded files in Google Cloud Storage in Sydney; sign-in accounts through Firebase Authentication, which processes sign-in data in the United States; the app on Vercel's Sydney region; email delivered by Resend. Backups run daily and are kept for 35 days. No AI model is used in AgentDS today, and identifiable client records are never used to train AI.
Trial, pricing and terms
Agentcis's pricing and compare-pricing pages invite you to "Sign up for a 7-days free trial", with "No Credit card required". All paid plans include 50GB of storage and 2,000 inbound and 2,000 outbound emails a month, shared across the company, with upgrades available. A dedicated setup service costs $500. Organisations with more than 20 team members can ask for discounted user packages, and businesses less than a year old or not-for-profits can apply for a free plan.
