Delete your AgentDS account

Each AgentDS space has its own Delete my account. Find yours below.

To confirm, you type DELETE or your email address. If you signed in more than five minutes ago, you confirm it is you first, with your password or the account you sign in with.

If you use the same sign-in for more than one space, your sign-in stays until you delete the last one.

For international students using the student portal.

How

1. Sign in at agentds.ai/enter, or open the AgentDS app.
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete my account and follow the steps.

What is deleted

• Your profile, saved pathway and reminders
• Documents in your vault, including the stored files
• Your questions and the replies in your space
• Peer connections and requests, on both sides
• Your sign-in

What stays

• If you shared an enquiry with an agency, that agency keeps its copy as its own record. The link to your account is removed and nothing more is shared with it.

When

Your space and sign-in are deleted straight away. Copies in our daily backups are gone within 35 days.

For staff invited to an agency’s AgentDS workspace.

How

1. Sign in to the workspace on the web or in the app.
2. Open your photo at the top right, then Account security.
3. Choose Delete my account and follow the steps.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in
• Your membership of the agency
• Your email address and profile photo on the team list

What stays

• Records you created or changed stay in the agency’s records under your name. They are the agency’s history of its own work.

When

Your membership and sign-in are deleted straight away. Copies in our daily backups are gone within 35 days.

For the person who owns the agency’s workspace.

How

1. If your agency has a paid plan, cancel it under Subscription first.
2. Open your photo at the top right, then Account security.
3. Choose Close the agency and delete my account and follow the steps.

What happens

• The agency workspace becomes read-only straight away. You can still sign in and export all agency data for 30 days.
• After 30 days, the agency’s records, stored files, team sign-ins and your sign-in are deleted.
• Backups holding the agency’s data are gone 35 days after that.

What stays

• Billing records for your AgentDS subscription are kept as tax law requires.

When

The workspace is read-only from that moment. You have 30 days to export, and you can keep the agency at any time before the closing date. The agency’s data is then deleted, and backups are gone 35 days later.

For clients an agency invited to its client portal.

How

1. Sign in to your client portal.
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete my account and follow the steps.

What is deleted

• Your portal sign-in
• Your access to every agency portal you joined

What stays

• Each agency keeps its client record about you, including documents you uploaded. That record belongs to the agency, which keeps it under its own retention rules. Ask the agency if you want something removed.

When

Your portal sign-in and access are deleted straight away. Copies in our daily backups are gone within 35 days.

Migration agencies and law firms keep client files under their own professional and legal obligations. A record an agency holds about you is the agency’s record, so the agency decides when it is removed. Ask the agency directly.

Email usman@agentds.ai from the email address on your account. Say which space you use: student space, agency team, agency owner or client portal. We check that the account is yours, delete it and confirm by email.
