The short answer. Every AgentDS plan includes every feature. You start with a 14-day free trial for your team, with no card, and AgentDS shows you the plans when the trial ends. You can cancel renewal at any time and export all your data whenever you like.
How the free trial works
The trial starts on the day your agency is activated and runs for 14 days. It includes every feature, and you can invite your colleagues, so the people who will use AgentDS every day can judge it on real work. You don't need a card to start.
During the trial your agency can have up to five active people, 25 clients and 500 MB of stored documents. Fictional sample records you load to try it out are marked as samples and sit outside those limits, and the owner can clear them in one step. If you reach a limit, AgentDS tells you, and you can choose a plan to keep adding. Everything you have already saved stays where it is.
The trial never turns into a paid subscription by itself. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan at checkout.
What happens when the trial ends
On the last day, AgentDS shows you the plans with their prices and the GST before you confirm anything. You have two choices:
- Choose a plan, and everything stays switched on for your team.
- Download all your data as a CSV file and leave. If you don't subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only, and you can still sign in, read and export your data for 30 days.
One feature set, sized to your team
Every plan includes every feature: client and lead records, visa application tracking, visa expiry tracking and deadline reminder emails, appointments and office check-in, document checklists and secure file uploads, invoices and recorded payments, data import, staff roles and the owner's daily brief. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
Plans are priced per active person, including the owner, and sized to your team: one person, teams of two to five, and firms of six to ten. Practices with more than ten people set up their plan with our team. Paused members don't count toward your seats. There are no setup fees and no add-on charges.
Cancel renewal at any time
There is no lock-in contract. The owner can cancel from the Subscription panel in the workspace, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your team keeps full access until then.
Your data stays yours
You can export all your data as a CSV file at any time, not only when you leave. The owner can also export the whole workspace as a complete file, including records, the team roster, the audit trail and document details. Your agency keeps its rights in its client data. Save, or your money back
If you feel AgentDS hasn't saved your firm time or money in your first 90 days as a paying customer, email us within those 90 days and we'll refund every subscription fee you've paid for that period. You don't need to prove anything, and it's one refund per firm. The full promise is in the service terms.
