Security and your agency
Understand access, data handling and the controls still being completed.
Individual accounts. Assigned responsibility.
Each staff member uses an individual UY4X account. Owners manage agency membership; practitioner access to private case work is restricted by assignment. Reception and accounts have separate permissions. Role and multi-user acceptance testing is a release requirement.
Document handling
The current workspace records document checklists and metadata. Private file storage, malware scanning and tested download permissions must be enabled before sensitive attachments are accepted. Please use fictional records during setup testing.
Your data and AI
Your agency retains its rights in client data. We process information to provide the service; identifiable client records are not used to train ChatDS under the service terms. Review the privacy notice and service terms before onboarding.
Report a concern
Contact our team if something looks wrong. Describe the issue without including client documents, passwords or access keys. We will get back to you and arrange an appropriate way to investigate.
